He has been more conditioned in the past, but none really beat him when it counted
Rhoden has the better shape out of the top 6, but is missing back thickness.

I would give it to Rhoden
Kai looks like a mismatch of bodyparts, and his conditioning wasn't all good, and during the night show, he looked flat.

It was the third place guy who looked the best.
