Well, that's what's going on here with the cap and tax of bank exec's. I know, I know... the majority of the American people agree... But this is a dangerous type of jealousy here. I say they don't get a dime in profit sharing or bonus money until they pay back the money they got from the stim. But to have the Gov't come in and "tax" them to a tune of up to 90% is scary, rediculous and tyrany over liberty. Still don't agree? Then I ask you when does it stop?? When does the Gov't stop adjusting your income for "the greater good"?
Well, if not then this is what could happen:
The gov owns the car companies, so...
 - They can decide what to buy,
 - Decide how we drive them,
 - Decide how many miles we can drive,
 - Decide where we drive to,

How about this??
90% tax for Michael Moore for each movie?
90% tax on Hollywood for that matter?
90% tax on Obama Supporters, Anty-up P-DIDDY!
90% tax on all sports athletes?
90% tax on all politicans?

So I ask, where does this stop?? Give the gov't this power now and it will just nudge the snowball down hill...
We should be outraged... Sadly, America is not. And the so-called civil liberties advocates are silent.

They should just these criminal banksters fail and go bankrupt.  This is ridiculous. 

AROD, Jeter, Sabatathia, Texeira, Burnett, all make more than a lot of these guys and the gov is not capping their pay.

Look, I agree with jailing the crooks, believe me. But I think we covered this part in another thread. The gov't won't do THAT because that would mean THEY TOO would be in the clink along with the other crooks.

But capping anyone's wealth is, um, hello.... SOCIALISM!!!!!! And that style of gov't has NEVER worked and will NOT work, period.
I agree with one aspect in Michael Moore's interview and that is he claims that the gov't has lost its way, it is not for the American people, but for the fat cat elites everywhere. But where he fails, as usual, is he does not identify the theives in this last movie but insinuates his motives by his distaste for this country as a whole. He was on the right track but fell off where he could have really made a difference.
