No kidding. People are so uninformed its insane.
All you can do at this point is limit tax liability. Either work a little less or do certain transactions in cash.
Working your balls off to support the lazy doesn't make a lot of sense no matter how many times some idiot screams "what about the children?", LOL!
But asking for or demanding fiscal responsibility is useless because this bill is designed to render private insurance obsolete. Anyone intent on increasing availability of healthcare would work on lowering delivery costs.
Increasing the number of insured Americans is definitely a political victory. People will be able to thump their chests and talk trash but that number of uninsured is a symptom of policy mistakes over many administrations. People with better educations, jobs and futures would already be insured.
