Mitt Romney's Massachusetts health care law turns 5-years-old next week, and Democrats have no intention of letting its birthday go uncelebrated.

New Hampshire Democrats plan to present a "thank you" card to Romney next Tuesday, the Union Leader reports. They're going to tout him as the "founding father of modern health reform" at a news conference in Concord — and they're even serving cake.
