Should "Road Rage" be legal.
« on: July 31, 2008, 02:28:21 PM »
I think it should. Think about it. If that tool driving 62 in the 70 knew he could get owned for messing up traffic, I'd bet you a box of doughnuts he/she would put the gawddam phone down and drive right.

Same thing with all these GD illegals that go like 35 on the highway out here. It wouldn't take many times on the wrong end of an F-350 before word got out and they all learned how to use their FN turn signals!!!

I hate stupid drivers. Put the phone down, tell your little rat-bastards to sit down and STFU, quit fukkin with the GPS, you're ugly anyway so don't worry about the makeup..

AND F'IN DRIVE.

or at least get out of my way. Cuz I got places to be.     ;D

I don't think this a good idea.  It would be great if everyone raged at a good time to rage, but a few bad eggs could ruin it for everyone.

Based on the number of highway shootings in CA last year, it seems like it's already legal  :-\

"Road rage" isn't an actual crime, is it?  Vehicular manslaughter, assault, attempted murder, etc - these are crimes, but can you actually be charged with road rage?
