A Zero Redbull. If I don't get one right away, I get withdrawals and have to run to the store.
I can do black coffee, but it's not too easy on an empty stomach. I've been training on an empty stomach for over 35 years.
I can do scrambled eggs and hot sauce... if I have time, otherwise it's a few big swigs of water, a Redbull and off I go.
The closest thing that resembles food is an RTD, which I have to drink very slowly. Full of vitamins and minerals and WAAAAY to much protein, so I drink about 3/4 of it into the morning.
As the day progresses I eat a little more. Most of my eating is done before bed.
That works for me, and it keeps me right where I wanna be.
