Before comparing the pics, I had in mind that Dexter was much more complete and would most likely win the Arnold Classic. But after those comparaisons, I think Phil is just as complete ( even from the back !) and much freakier !!

Dexter only wins the Abs and tighs and the Rear lat spread, I give all the other poses to Phil

I think Phil will take it unless Melvin dials it in perfect;
but he is known for ham/glute conditioning problems.
He looked huge though with his 2 week AC preview.
I am with Bob and Dan when they said Phil has everything
Dexter has and then some.
I don't think however good Phil is @ the Arnold the pics will
look as good because the lighting at the Ironman has always
been better than at the Arnold.

I think Phil has set a new standard for dryness, the only person to have had this type of dryness is Pavol Jablonicky, but he was no where near as freaky as Phil

Last year the judges didnt play into the hype and Phil got 5th.  He has put it on quick but it aint mature.  Cycles please.  Melvin is the dark horse in the show.  If he is better than his last O showing...he should win.  Dont tell me Phil has better structure.  Again...Phil is good but this is complete overkill.

yes and no.
he goes up so slow, you don't see the change.
also a guy like him, with that metabolism, he cant put on size so easily...probably inches up 2-4 pounds a year at best...this is why he LOOKS the same year after year. although he comes in slightly heavier each time.

props to him for not ruining his shape.
although he's not improving as quickly as some other guys do.
its 50/50.

one one side...its more and more quality to his muscles.
