yeah as long as i train and watch diet somewhat, im fine, just look like a deflated former self, even vascularity stays ok.
btw, the bigger pic im how you say carb depleted and on the natty one im fill up with carbs ;D
and here is what happens when i dont go to gym at all for years and eat whatever i really really want and amount that i want(which is alot of bad dbad foods).:

I could. But after that show, life got hard- very hard. Didn't even train for a few months and was living meal to meal for a time. Getting things together was a lot important than contest conditioning. Retired after that show.

A significant percentage of Groinks reputation here is based upon the notion that he is a genetic outlier in terms of response to drugs, a bb genetic elite so to say. So either way, he will be defensive, right or wrong.

The funniest was a 4 paragraph "theory" i read that said i ultimately admitted that i take steroids because the "Pressure" of Getbig got to me.....LMFAO.
Also the ones that say I'm on GH and slin ,along with high dosages of multiple products...I'm a twat-hair shy of six feet, and i weigh a whopping 225..
I'm by consensus one of the best built guys on the site, but in a cruel twist of fate, i also have the shittiest response to a pro-level cycle in history....yeah that makes total sense ::)

In your natty 260 pic you also looked pretty good. Slightly smooth but makes you look huge in clothes. You mentioned in another thread that you were a disillusioned fatty at 260 but i have seeen far far worse disillusioned fatties
