I've had one of my tanker trucks stuck so bad in the mud, that it had to be drug through with a D6 and when that couldn't pull it any further, a 270 excavator hooked to it as well to pull it through. Mother royssia got nothing on that, I've taken my stuff through some serious shit.

They delivered supplies to some Alaskan town last year when Americans themselves couldn't reach it due to conditions.

As far as will and toughness, Russians are some bad bitches. How they dealt with the German assault on Stalingrad was pretty bad ass, right up there with the Finns.

Oh yea, though I praise of course Finnish even more.
Very little country that had very little industry back then.
This sauna contest IMO is the best example of not-giving-up attitude of the two nations:

Lol! Don't even get me started with Russians. We loadplan cargo movements on their Antonov cargo planes in the desert. We're required to be in at least uniform bottoms and steel toe boots when doing cargo movemenrs(along with gloves and hearing protection). The Russians will be in short pants, tank tops, and Jesus sandles...wtf?! And these guys will take any amount of tonnage on their aircraft...we'll have guys advising them not to take anything else on board, but they insist. Easiest crews to work with IMO...

Haha, yea safety regulations aren't exactly their stuff ;D
And that comes back to them from time to time though.
