It`ll just help to keep you regular as far as bowel movements are concerned.

Really useful when dieting and not just for old people.....will also create a sensation of being full when eating lower cals.

Most bodybuilders use them if they`re smart.

X2

I take my psyllium husk daily.

(sugar free Metamucil tastes like candy when you're dieting too)   8)

LOTS of people take supplements like sugar-free Metamucil, especially bodybuilders/anyone into fitness who eat low-carb diets (which doesn't have needed fibre in most cases).

bigmc,it works just the opposite as far as constipation goes bro.

I used to buy psyllium husk from the health food store, but it tastes like sand mixed with kitty litter,so these days I get the sugar-free Metamucil and at times, even the knock off brands.

Like Chiro said, that shit tastes like pussy dessert when eating clean.  ;)

By the way, forgot to add that psyllium is the active ingredient in Metamucil, but the orange flavor sure makes it much more palatable than taking psyllium plain.

Typical bowel movement elitist talk. Not everyone can be on your sit-and-shit level, brah. ::) ;D
