Fiber is known to make people more regular, not constipate them. It is best to eat high fiber foods. Fiber supplements all work about the same, it is pretty much just a matter of which one tastes the best to you. Some have no taste whatsoever. Some completely dissipate in water so taking it is just like drinking a plain glass of water.
