Hahaha. No thanks, I have a good job . Giving someone a tip just because they walked food or drink to my table is ridiculous. If anyone should get a tip or "reward" it's the cook, they do the real work.
Perhaps you live in Germany or some other country where the wait staff actually earns a decent wage. The culture in the U.S. has been that the customer augments a server's wages with the tip. Without tips, these workers could not survive on their wages alone. Perhaps you'd perfer to eat in cafeteria style restaurants where a tip is not the norm.
If you have a good job, why are you so opposed to tipping? You should be able to afford it.
