Kyomu, I been doing the cable crunches like you suggested to me a while back....starting to see some solid results with muscularity in that area but still need to shed a little fat to see them better...thanks for the tips!

its because he has small joints and he gets ripped. creates an illusion. his actual size isnt great but on stage his muscles appear to be larger because they are more defined and they pop out more from the bone(because his joints are tiny)

At one point I trained Gustavo and Melvin and Troy....and if I would train all three for Olympia they would understand that I am always trying to get THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULT with each athlete....
I helped many guys - beat me in the contest...and have no problem with it...
