The official name for apartheid is Separate Development, it's supposed to mean every ethnic group has their own Homeland. And that are restrictions for those wishing to travel, work or live in other areas.

Israel follows this.

Without it, they would not survive for very long, they would be heavily infiltrated by terrorists and have mass protests and once again would end up exactly like SA in the 1980's when they started allowing more freedom of movement.

Arab Israeli citizens (about one fifth of the population inside Israel proper) wouldn’t trade places with their West Bank brethren if their lives depended on it. This population is fairly integrated in with the Jewish population, and some even vote for Jewish politicians.

And here’s an article on those over in the occupied West Bank who fight daily to get over to the jobs inside Israel. OPEN IT UP, for God’s sake. Make the whole West Bank part of Israel. Yes, the Palestinians will moan and groan about losing their homeland to the evil Jews and yes there will be some terrorism. But the status quo is not working. Try going with the economic realities. Economic prosperity will be the trump card, as it always is.

As mentioned, Israel will not fall for that and other propaganda, they've seen what has happened everywhere else which has followed such 'advice'.

We have issues, but it more or less works in the US. So you actually think apartheid works??? Time will not be on your side. And here’s a question. Why can there be more than 1 million Arab Israeli citizens who have freedom of movement within the nation proper and who vote (and somehow the nation survives) yet the West Bank (even Gaza) Palestinians can never be visualized as having such freedom? Aren’t they really pretty much the same people historically?

With your views, you should be AGGRESSIVELY fighting for an immediate two state solution (which I am certain you are not doing). But, as I have made clear, I think it should be a single Israeli state. Where Jesus was born and raised (Bethlehem and Nazareth in West Bank) was historically the land of the Jews, but the reality is now it is should be the land of the Jews and Palestinians living and working side by side. Jewish settlers moving into the West Bank don’t think of it this way but they are actually voting with their feet for INTEGRATION. And in that sense I have no problem with what they are doing.

Don’t know about Africans (Ethiopian Jews at least) but for sure there are Chinese restaurants for carry out in every podunk West Bank town.
