ive been going for the health look lately. steve reeves had the right idea. you dont need things like heavy back thickness, overdeveloped thighs, or a super thick chest, unless you are a bodybuilder or a strength athlete.

I just did cardio for the first time in 2 months...I was trying to hold out until jan/feb before starting my usually spring cutting. But I hate having excess BF  >:(
