Apparently he was 255 at the North Americans it was only a few weeks ago and now hes 300???
heres his diet :-X
"An example of my Diet on say a leg day which is of course much higher calorie day would go as follows
6 am- 12 oz 93/7 lean ground beef, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup grits (pre cooked)
8 am- 14 oz chicken, 14oz white potato, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil
10 am- 3 scoop syntha 6, 1.5 cup oats, 1/4 cup walnuts
12 pm- 14 oz top sirloin, 14oz white pot, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tbsp oilve oil
2 pm- train quads
330 pm- post workout shake 100grams carbs/ 2 scoops syntha-6 isolate, 1 cup white rice
5 pm- 14 oz chicken, 14 oz sweet pot
7 pm- 14 oz top sirloin, 14 oz white pot, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tbsp olive oil
9 pm- train hams and glutes
1030 pm- same post workout shake w/ 1 cup of white rice
1130 pm- 14 oz chicken/ 14 oz sweet pot
sleep till 2 am
when I wake up to pee I have 2 scoops of syntha-6

I think this Dallas guy does have a good build. I don't know pharmaceuticals, so I can't say "he'll be better if he avoids cheese, IGF1, up the slin, etc...", but I hope that he can develop on a younger Cutler/Heath type pace.

Yeah, this was one of Brewer's last guestposing as an amature. He gave up bodybuilding around 2010, and after a little digging on various forums his new occupation is being a fireman.
I am not in "the know" as some people would try play like they are...I just prefer whoring out my keyboard and googling.

He looked great when he got his pro card! I saw him 2 days after and he was still ripped and had great bicep peaks and seperation. Great Calfs as well! This guy has some potential but I do not think he is any better then a young evan centaponi or steve Kuclo.

Gh15 did not do shit! watch MTV's show catfish that reminds me of GH15 he never reveals his face or physique because he is not who he says he is. just a huge gimmick! anybody can tell people to take alot of HGH and AAS! what is so special about GH15's advice? he is not telling people the truth! any bodybuilder or bodybuilding fan knows these guys have a buffet of AAS/HGH and other exotics they take everyday all day! Gh15 taught me nothing I did not already know the pros were doing.
WoW! pros use 20IU's of HGH daily and stack it with insulin! Holy shit I did not know that! bodybuilders abuse Tren and other AAS Holy shit you serious! Bodybuilders use lasix No way! Bodybuilders sell steroids and recs to help support their habit and have all day to focus on training! Holy shit I had NO IDEA! Get real Gh15 is a joke!

I'm def not in the position to judge another man but the more i research and find out what these guys have to do to get so heavy in muscular condition, the worse i feel about this profession-sport. AAS is the last thing on these guys minds
Its all about GH like 20 -40 ui a day, &multiple insulin shots both subq and IM. Its really out of hand. And dangerous-its no joke man. Not to mention the 5-10 g of aas a week. Damn.
As recent as 12-15 yrs ago you has guys like Lee Labrada and Robby Robinson competing @ 190 - 210 lbs and in just shredded condition - and they looked great.
300 lbs @ 21 - I admire the kid's dedication, I really do, but this shit isn't worth the shortened life and decreased quality of life that will certainly be heading his way.

For 21, he can go a long way. Great legs, nice tight waist, just needs more size overall for his frame.

Not seeing it until he does Pro show stacked with a great line up. He may win a Arnold or two, but he's no Dennis Newman...
He has more potential in going all the way in effing it up. Needs to have a level head on his shoulders, stay away from hype (not believing his own), deal with the old Skool cats, and pick shows wisely. Test himself against the established Pros. No shows with weak fields. You test yourself against the best, that is the litmus test. How do you stack up to them.

Flex lewis went pro at 21 I believe. Steve kuclo was great at 21 but not a pro yet. Evan centaponi was not that old when he went pro. Phil Heath was very young when he went pro as well.
