wil steroids make my sphincter muscle stronger?

I shat myself on the way back from an internship today, it was a motherfucking mess, i would really hate to go through it again... so will steroids help prevent this from happening?

it happened when I was almost home, on the subway I kept telling myself I had more heart than the shit, I would win, but when I got to my block a small piece breached the wall, and I panicked and broke out in a sprint, and that's when it all went horribly wrong...

Based on the possibility your question is legitimate, the answer is no.

If this is not an ongoing problem for you, you may have simply eaten something that didn't agree with your system or you were stressed out over the internship and that affected your digestive system adversely.

As far as strengthening you sphincter muscle, you could try Kegles  or sphincter exercises....which is little more than tensing you splinture muscles repeatedly. I have experienced "juicy farts" on a few unfortunate occasions. It sucks! In my case, I believe it was related to having indigestion as a result of drinking too much alcohol the night before. I also think the flu virus can have this effect on some folks. Anyway, it is no fun and although no one but you may know that an "accident" happened, it is very embarrassing. In fact, I am surprised I am willing to admit it has ever happened to me. LOL!

it was not a shart, i took a legit shit in my underwear, and I have almost shat myself countless times, this is the first time as an adult that I have shat myself

Well, it must have been quite an unpleasant experience for you and anyone sitting near you on the subway. Glad it happened to you and not me. Maybe it was a one time fluke. Let's hope so.

It's hard to say whether this is a serious thread in the eyes of the originator or not. Obviously, a lot of folks are embarrassed with this subject matter and so they post quips instead of advice. My guess is more folks have shit themselves than will admit to it....bodybuilders in particular because of all the crap they put into their systems. What I do know from experience is that even a shart is no fun even when it happens at home and you can clean up right away. This hasn't happened to me more than once or twice in my lifetime. However, those experiences are etched in my memory. If there is anyway to avoid this ever happening again, I am up for it.
