1,800-2,000 cals a day is depressing me..


I'm off the ECA and I'm in like fucking withdrawl. But the wine is helping me now.. I think my blood pressue was too high and that's why I was feeling ill and down. Okay now though.

I wanna get ripped, free myself of my back ailment, then again increase the calories, but a lean bulk this time around.. I can add more pounds naturally, a lot more actually. The problems been whenever I was eating huge and gaining like a monster, I got hurt. Shoulder, back, you fucking name it. I am learned now as ever and it wont happen this time around. You will see me at the next Mr. Getbig.

I am lean, but I want to be conditioned. It is something that is exclusive almost because so few have the will to do it.. I mean, you know deep cut abs, not outlines. Carved out of fine marble, as though a bust of an ancient roman; ideals scratched into my mind and I must do it.

Yeah i agree Hedgehog, but i think by those pics he would be quite reasonable even with only a couple of weeks of strict dieting. I know my condition is nowhere near where i wanted it to be, but it's all a learning thing from my point of view . Remember it's really just a bit of fun, not like we are going for pro cards or anything .
