Milos also had Hide and Stubbs top 5. That's a hell of a top 6 then Milos. He probably has himself in there as well.

Would be cool if Ruhl cracked the top 10. Doubtful, but ultimate nutrition is the main sponsor, so perhaps their poster boy might just make it.

Ruhl could easily be Top 6 if the judge him fairly. I mean, this guy wiped the floor with Coleman and Cutler only 3 years ago that it wasn't even funny anymore. They just have to give him the chance to stand next to the guys.

i saw him last weekend, he will be 10 to 20 pounds down in size but in very good condition
(have bevor never seen striated glutes on him)

torn pecs and athrophie in his tris, forearms and back going on and even more visible at very low bodyfat

i think he could make top 15

for Markus Ruhl to crack the top 6 is going to be very hard...

for Markus Ruhl to be in the top 10 isnt as hard, but there are a lot more competitors who are stronger this year than any other.

I agree that he is very biaised toward his athletes but Markus ain't one of them so that's why I wondere why he would say that
