Adonis plans are basically to eat whatever you like according to your tastes as long as you don't go over a certain calorie count, it's a VERY SMART plan, i would just rather eat a more of lower calorie foods as opposed to less quantity of very good tasting foods, like him or hate him you have to admit the guy looks incredible and is ripped to shreds so there is a lot of validity to what he says.
Iv'e never had a problem with Adonis' dieting theories, aside from the fact they have been in existence for 50 years.
But yeah, i do the same shit. If i eat the double cheeseburger...... then i know it's clean food and small portions the rest of the day.
