I had a completely torn left bicep on the elbow side. I had zero bruising after the tear. I did have it reattached exactly 1 week later, so who knows if it would have eventually bruised.

there was a VERY obvious puncture mark on stage at the 2011 olympia! he tried to fill it so that the "tear" would not be as noticible and FUCKED UP the injection!

i'll repeat: OBVIOUS PUNCTURE MARK WHERE THE NEEDLE WENT IN OF ALL PICTURES WHEN HE WAS ON STAGE - RE: RISEN LUMP!!

jay is hoping by releasing all these videos and pictures showing his fucked up bicep that no one will bother going back to his on stage pics.

ya but this still does clear up his image a bit since everyone thought it was just a blatant case of botched pump n pose before stepping on stage
