Good Improvements Web - How is training going?
ok i guess. Currently fighting off a cold so am eating whatever i want (still healthy though) but still kinda annoying not training and shit. Hopefully will be better in a couple of days...
I thought a drop in resistance training volume might be in order, so have gone from a typical 4 day split back to good old Pull-Legs-Push. Cardio is done every morning for about 60 mins, except for the morning after leg day.
All up, lost close to 40lbs.
