I had a cousin out in Dallas who got picked up on about $1000 dollars worth of warrants and the next day when he was arraigned and stood before the judge she asked him what he planned on doing to pay off the fines and he replied "I guess I and just going to sit them out"...
To which she said "Time Served" and let him go on his way on account of the jails being over crowded, perhaps you will be lucky in this way as well.
