which is weird coz ive not been training in years....im startin back next week......and was just taking some before shots to compare them after 6 months of training

i dont even have a decent camera.....its just to see how much progress i can make in 6 months
im currently under 11 stone at 5'7 1/2"and have not trained seriously in 6 years

look good....
no offense to them but most black guys don't have "great" calves, it's just a genetics thing....they tend to insert really, really high. that's the case with JJ and DEx anyway, they're never gonna have "great" calves.

thanks man....i know why they have bad calves.....i just thought id mention it coz i dont even train now and im under 11 stone with better calves than pro bodybuilders ....just feels funny

i know its nuts .....under 11 stone at 5' 7 1/2" with fukn monster calves like that...
dunno what they measure ive not measured them....theyre not extremely massive but they are full and shaped like diamonds ;)

I've never seen a black guy in person with great calves, I know they're out there like Vince Taylor and Shawn Ray and even mr. natural Mike Lockett but I've never seen one...
I don't see polumbo having anywhere near a 27 inch waist ever....

id say shawn ray and phil heath have ok calves ....as in decent for a black guy...
but paul dillet and vince taylor are just freaks they have outstanding calves
