Border Patrol Agents Prosecuted for Stopping Drug Smuggler

Bonner of the National Border Patrol Council said: "This is really the most outrageous miscarriage of justice that I'm aware of in my entire 28-year career as a Border Patrol agent. I've never seen anything so -- I can't even think of the word. This is like diving into a trash can. The deeper you dig, the more it stinks."

how can a mexican drug smuggler sue in the us? fucked up system we have. WTF was the jury thinking and what was there reason behind there decision?

The drug smuggler got immunity to testify. The border patrol officers are facing 20 years. The smuggler got shot in the ass. ::)
