How the hell did he ever pass a physical...  No drug test?

Unreal. 

Ronnie commits a felony everyday yet he's arresting them.

It is still memorable that he had one or two articles about him in Muscle&Fitness that detailed his job as a police officer during the late nineties.

... and you're right... They didn't care what he was doing, he was one of them... they looked the other way... Always happens like that.

It's a disgrace.
