But I'll go out on a limb and bet he's more of a 'pumper' than a low rep weight-slinger, if you know what I mean? Giant sets, supersets, some pyraminding, that sort of thing. If anyone is clever enough to locate his ethos (if that even makes sense LOL) I'd be interested to see it, as he's clearly got the longevity side of things worked out... perhaps the cadaver sourced GH back in the day really was the fountain of youth haha!
