If you like your job, never date a co-worker.
If you like your home, never date your next door neighbor.
If you like your gym, never date somebody from the gym.
If you like your church, never date somebody from your church.

Because if it goes wrong and/or that person turns out to be psycho, you'll have to find another job, another home, another gym or another church.

Where ever I have worked, I have slept with at least one co-worker. I am a constant flirt, and sometimes I don't even realize when I'm doing it. One time I had a huge crush on one chick, but I was seeing another that, to put it lightly, didn't have the connection that I had with my crush. Didn't end well for Parker.
Not to say one can't make a love connection at work. I just keep getting a busy signal, or the wrong number.

If you so choose to date a person at work and it doesn't work out, it makes things odd, and there is potential for jealousy to ensue if one starts dating another co-worker or if one finds another person real quick.

Guys, I have already decided I would date her if given the opportunity. So to reiterate, my question here is how to flirt/ask her out when we work at a school. It's not the same as when I worked in property management or in the casino industry.
