Fed May Slash Rates by 100 bps

The Fed may slash rates by 100 bps to 1%, from the current 2%, says Donald Straszheim, vice chairman of Roth Capital Partners. He tells CNBC's Amanda Drury & Sri Jegarajah this move can happen as soon as next week.
