Craig's attorney didn't sound so sure that the officer giving permission to Craig and Killy to leave L.V. after the murder would be willing to testify to that in court. I didn't get the impression that his attorney even checked the information out. He said something to the affect when Greta asked him if he would be willing to testify - he said, after clearing his throat, "that remains to be seen" - then immediately after that he said "Oh! He will be on the witness list" - It all just sounded like the attorney was not prepared or hasn't done his homework.
I had to laugh when Craig's attorney said "These are good people in a bad situation". - Wow, didn't know good people duct taped dead friends, put ligatures around their necks, wrapped them in blankets and burnt them in up in a car. And the reference to Melissa wanting to commit suicide? HEARSAY! He may be a high profile defense attorney, but what a cheese ball.
