I am also a wrestler I can cut a massive amount of weight very quickly, but I can't maintain that lower weight the body bounces back some but yes if you deliberately drop 30lbs in 2 weeks the body will add back 15 rather easily and fuck no it isn't all water stop pretending my death weight is my normal weight it isn't

you were a wrestler.

Again I lost more than water I can absolutely lose actual tissue in 2 weeks you can lose 50lbs in 2 weeks if you get sick enough or stop eating and continue to exercise it's not just water 2 weeks is an eternity when it comes to cutting weight Your body will absolutely cannibalize tissue. When holding fluid it goes to my calves and ankles first and everything smooths out I am still cut up and vascular with small ankles I am not holding any water still overly dry. I have been waking up at 4-5am everyday from food dreams my body is begging for calories to put back on the tissue it ate it can't get enough and I am not spilling over at all

1 package polish kielbasa as was out of bacon or sausage
2 pieces of french toast
coffee
Half a dozen supreme tacos 2 steak tacos lenonade
2 slices supreme pizza
a couple  cookies and a twix
half gallon of gatirade and some fruit punch
8 ounce chicken with capers and pasta
finishing up with meatloaf now

Before anyone says shit that is 4 different meals with meat and the pizza has some meat and cheese protein as well so really 5 protein meals with added veggies pasta cheese sugar and sweets used extra egg in french toast as well

Today

8 egg whites scrambled with chopped mushrooms and spinach seasoned with salt and garlic powder. 40 grms of Grits

Tuna sandwich with 7oz albacore, 1tbls real mayo, 1/2 avocado

Ichiban soup (from the Asian market) shrimp and eggs…I drain most of the water

You cant grow on sunshine and air you need actual calories

So far today 2 bacon sandwiches and a belgium waffle with coffee and cream I put an exra egg in the waffle mix and added mayo to the sandwiches for extra calories

As I have explained I suffer from both anorexia ans bigorexia it is a constant struggle cant be big enough cant be lean enough try to relax and jusr eat normal when hungry vs too much or too little. But eventually one will take over and I will go too far.
