In that bottom photo with the comparison to Viator, I think he has Casey beat in every muscle group but Casey won that contest. And I'm a Viator fan. I just don't think Roy ever got his due. Even in 81 people argue Danny was too small and Toms upper body was overpowered by his legs Roy could've been Mr. O that year with no argument from me.

TheGreatOak: I agree with almost everything you had to say about that Zzz kid, with the exception that he was trying to build an aesthetic physique like Zane. How do you know this? He could have been trying to be Nasser for all we know. Taking tons of drugs but not having th size effect due to genetics and partying! And most importantly, his physique was not that special. I see it every day. Even from some homeless guys. Anyway, I was with you until the end where you state that his physique was what he wanted and that everyone else wanted a physique like that. I surpassed that physique a Long time ago. And because I wanted to. Did not want a swimmers physique! (and yes that includes Zane) there are many better physiques from that era. Many! And yes it is a shame the kid died so young. But he pursued that crazy life, if you know what I mean? " Wisdom is forever wasted on your youth. I too wish I was more intelligent at 22. But that is rare as you know.

I don't think he had the time to mature. He was 22 when he died. An adult, yes, but still a young person in terms of the circle of life. He would likely have cut the party drugs down a bit and focused more on bodybuilding, career, etc. His nutrition seemed to be pretty good. Plenty of young guys his age go to parties each weekend and take drugs. Zyzz enjoyed life no less than many, many young men his age who live to be much older. That's not karma, IMO... he was too young when he died and hadn't matured mentally in the ways which were questionable.

Everyone has faults, some more exposed and some hidden. Zyzz seemed like a good person whose flaws weren't as bad as many people out there. The people that hated on him probably just didn't see him as a regular guy - but as a persona. Deep down, he was a regular person like everyone else. But had an extraordinary determination to build an aesthetic physique. Isn't that what we all aspire to? Zyzz achieved it and was just having fun showing it off. Don't hate... appreciate.

Are you implying that he didn't took rec drugs? Just look at his eyes and watch the videos where you see him dancing like a maniac. He took unnecessary risks and karma did the rest, that's the reality, not 'hate'.
Not sure why you call someone without legs and over-developed traps 'an amazing physique'.
