Joe Means: One of the most ripped guys in the 70's. In 1976 it was shocking how ripped he got. He looked like he was a calorie away from death.

I remember first seeing this pic as a kid.

Now, like then, it was jaw dropping. No gh, no insulin.

I always tell guys who think that gh will be that magic bullet that will put them over the edge, as well as get them into debt, that when they first reach the level of these 70's era bodybuilder, then you can start thinking about gh.
