I guess your biggest problem was, your arm movements don't seem to have a transitional effect, some rotate their arms while changing their pose, you were rotating and then abruptly hitting a different pose.
What matters most is the physique and you covered that part immensely.
there are lots of different techniques that are designed to catch the judges eye, some people believe rotating in the same direction is better than counter clockwise and clockwise combinations, hitting a back double biceps and then quickly turning your head left or right can cause the judges to look at you , a bit like when something catches your peripheral vision.
Practicing posing with your eyes closed and not relying on the mirror , starting poses from your toes and working upwards so you dont forget to tense your legs and hamstrings, they are all there for people to use, but I suppose you know all that.
