Always thought Birdsong had a great build. Solid, old school, well proportioned, good conditioning but.....

I saw his routine from one of the Olympia's (84 or 85) and the dude seemed like he was retarded or something. Possibly high on drugs. It was really a bizarre routine.kind of jogging in place with a goofy grin and a blank stare.

But cool physique. What bodybuilders are supposed to look like.

I remember many years ago on TV backstage at a contest,Rick Wayne interviewed him and he sounded like a real goof.
