Surely with all the advances in cosmetic surgery abs shit you would think they should be able to do summat about wrinkly old woman neck. It gives the game away every time

not yet, there's no where to conceal a scar.  When they do a facelift they do the incision at the hairline and under the jaw so the scar doesn't get seen.  I don't think there's anywhere you can hide the big scar that would come from a similar procedure involving the chest/neck

Haha I guess mate I just thought they can work wonders for the face but the neck always looks like that you would think someone would have engineered a solution for the wrinkly neck and upper chest by now

More than likely mate i used to do work for an older wealthy woman abs when I first showed up she looked decent great shape face looked ok for age would still look really good all dressed up but the neck and upper chest gave it away. I went back to see her near the end of lockdown and she looked like she had aged 15 years without being able to get out for the Botox and other beauty treatment shit

Fair point mate makes sense but if I was a woman I’d probably still choose a visible scar over the Turkey neck
