It's nothing, Patrick gets like that a little. Sometimes he rambles like Matt C a bit, in a way that probably only makes the most sense to him.

Last night he was bitching about fireworks, people shooting their guns off, and a little story of one of his ex's wanting to kill him, and almost getting away with it because she was banging a bunch of cops.
