Want Pecs Matt....do this:
Smith Inclines - 5 x 15,12,10,8,12 or more
Flyes - 5 X 20,15,12,10,8
Strict Paralell Bar Dips - 3 sets bodyweight as many good deep reps as possible rhythmically done.
At times sub in DB Inclines - 5 X 12,10,8,6,15 or more ....total failure
For some bench press just does not build pecs.
