I what other universe would someone argue about the size of their neck to the degree Brian is with a bunch of folks intentionally goading him on (trolling).
We should be sympathetic towards Brian's outsized neck problem. An 18.5" neck is an issue if you buy your dress shirts off the rack. Did you know that the standard men's dress shirt with an 18.5" neck has a 56" chest and a 52" waist? A trim fit dress shirt is only slightly smaller with a 55" chest and a 51.5" waist. Both standard and slim dress shirts have a 36" - 37" sleeve length. You'd need arms like an ape to wear those and a gut bigger than Trump's. Some shirts come sized as small, medium, large and extra-large (these are the one's with the 18 1/2" neck).
If he plans to wear a tie, he'll need an extra-long one or it was end up looking more like an untied bow tie.
My guess is he also has issues with crew neck tee shirts and sweaters because of the size of his noggin. Even 'V' necks are probably difficult to put on.
I am so glad that my neck currently measures 16.5". It used to be 17", and even that made decent fitting shirts hard to find.
I guess he could buy smaller necked shirts and get one of those elastic things that extends the neck opening. Like these shirt neck extenders from Amazon.
