I know a guy east coast who tells me he has seen King train before and he has at least 4 spotters for squatting, 2 for leg pressing, and even 2 for 'Free Motion' flys. I hear he does not do ONE exercise except maybe wamrup sets without spotters. Nothing. Ever.

I'm not talking for the last 2 or 3 reps when you fail but for every single rep from beginning to end of the set.

The 'blonde highlights' are worse than his outfit.

Imagine how much better he would look if he would take 2-3 plates per side OFF, ditch the spotters and perform the reps in the 12-15 range at full range of motion really squeezing the quads/glutes/hams and making his leg muscles do the work...not his hips, back and the help of 9 spotters.
