Look at the roundness of his gut under that shirt. 3 spotters is NOTHING for him. I know a guy east coast who tells me he has seen King train before and he has at least 4 spotters for squatting, 2 for leg pressing, and even 2 for 'Free Motion' flys. I hear he does not do ONE exercise except maybe wamrup sets without spotters. Nothing. Ever.

I'm not talking for the last 2 or 3 reps when you fail but for every single rep from beginning to end of the set.

The 'blonde highlights' are worse than his outfit.
