12 egg whites mixed with a cup of oatmeal

50 grms whey, 2 rice cakes w/tsp jam

Meals 3-5 8oz chicken, 1 cup of rice, asparagus

6 - 10 egg whites, 4oz Sirloin, 2 cups spinach

The over two pounds a day of chicken is a ton of meat for most people. I buy a three-pound bag of chicken breast and it last me a week. I probably eat a half a pound, if that a day, and have about 4-5 eggs for breakfast. I buy two of the 18 eggs carton and that lasts me over a week but you go through a whole carton or more per day. And to think my girlfriend thinks I eat a lot.

Of course, it's a matter of perspective. You are a bber and you have a schedule that allows you to eat so many times a day and have someone who prepares your meals. Most don't have that luxury.

For me, unless you are making some serious money, competitive bbing is just not worth it when you factor everything involved. It's probably one of the most all-consuming sports out there. When I competed in BJJ I trained six days a week but after training, I could forget about it. With bbing every aspect of you life is affected 24/7.

The moisture content varies making most dietary measurements of calories widely variable. The only accurate mass measurements we make in chemistry are after the water content is driven off.

Pulled out of the North Americans and back to a normal diet..

10 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein isolate, strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 oats blended in to a shake

2 Turkey sandwiches each with 4oz turkey on Ezekiel bread, Chicharone

8oz chicken tenders, baked potato, veggies

Same as above except with 11/2 cups of rice, salad

I just follow the serving info on the container which gives serving size by weight (grams)

It's not exactly difficult and it's better than trying to eyeball a cup and half of cottage cheese or three quarters of a cup of yogurt

I always weigh out cooked protein foods too such as steak, fish, chicken.

takes no time and it's basically a habit now.
