How much GH are you on?
::)
why did you decide to add the carb day, go4it?
Just an experiment, see how I react. Nothing scientific just trial and error.

Good old Vince Gironda diet !.
 ;)
Kind of without any of the added supps (vitamins/minerals/digestive enzymes/desiccated liver tabs) I've haven't taken a single vitamin in months.
High level of picograms for sure.
Lol @ picograms ;D

How do you like it so far?

I looked and felt great on carnivore for a week or two, but without carbs I couldn't stay away from the stimulants. Eventually I got too worried about my heart (started having shortness of breath) so I added carbs again.

It sucks, it seems there are huge benefits in most areas on carnivore, but its definitely still hard for me to stick to. Maybe if I didn't do any cardio...

When you first started did you feel flat and/or weak, if so for how long?

Do you get a good pump in the gym?

Try what I'm doing 6 days carnivore and 1 carb load.

Not really dude, I was eating unlimited,  just beef and occasionally threw in some eggs, eventually added salmon and chicken in as well, but beef is always the staple. Pumps i would salt everything and lots of it, high sodium bone broth as well. After a few months I added in the carb day, buy I highly suggest this diet, even if you throw it in for a month or two a few times a year, you'll discover you don't need a lot of the shit you think you need, vegetables for one.

Obviously you wont disclose your drug stack,  but are you saying you are not taking any supplements meaning vitamins,  minerals, creatine?

This was my experience too, for the most part. I expected performance to dip wayyyy more than it did. If anything, I lost 50 watts on the bike at the same RPE. Not a huge deal. My lifts actually went up, because I could achieve better form due to less joint pain. If I could achieve the same form both ways, I assume carbs would give me some more pounds, but not a whole lot.

I'm starting to believe there may be something to the idea that vegetables block nutrient absorbtion. By far the most overrated food.

Nothing for months now not a single vitamin, beef loaded with vitamins and nutrients.

The soil is so depleted for one thing, but there are studies that they do much more harm then good regarding digestion and absorption, I use to think I needed them for the fiber, yet I haven't eaten a single vegetable in months and I'm regular.

The all protein and no vegetables thing may work for getting cut, but no way in hell it's healthy in the long run. No way.

dieting sucks. i didnt think i would get hungry but i do.

eating 1 cooked meal per day isnt ideal either.

im even thinking of what i should eat tomorrow. since i only eat one cooked meal ill make sure it matters. it feels like last meal before execution  :D

Don't recall those guys, but you consistently bring the funny, so much respect my bother ;D

Has nothing to do with getting cut, if you're serious about researching this check out meatheals.com, theres carnivores on there that have been doing this for 30 years. People have healed all sorts of stomach/digestive issues like colitis, IBS, leaky gut, etc... I can only tell you my experience thus far and has been nothing but positive on all fronts.

I am all about experimenting and trying new things so I have been trying 1 meal per day and see how I feel look/feel

I love to mix it up and try new diet ideas/strategies - i will be getting into prep mode soon

I have had all of these 1 meal
3 peppers (yellow, red, orange)
3 cups of spinach
1 large avocado
8 oz chicken
1 cup of broc
1 cup of cauliflower
1 cup of sweet potatoes

those are the only cals I eat and eat them all at one sitting - I am seeing how i feel/look after 30 days and give my 2 cents on the famous IF diet (time restricted)

we will see - around day 5 now

That's about 60-70 grams of protein a day.

For the average person the less you eat (within reason) the better. But for someone that wants to put on or even hold on to muscle don't you think you need more protein than that? An athlete or physique/bodybuilder is not the average Joe and I would think have much more demanding nutritional needs.
