Why eating healthy?

I did 5 sets of stiff leg deadlifts 10 reps
3 sets of cable rows 15-20
3 sets of hammer lat pull 10-12
3 sets of barbell wall curls 10ish
I also had taco bell and jersey mikes and pizza earlier and I needed some proper nutrition

so then why don't men/women use that formula to diet down for a show?

Its always always always been 5-8 meals a day since the golden era

Not sure, i'm not a professional BBer who gets paid to advertise diets and supplements.

This entire industry is built on diet and supplement advice. That's all there is. People make it sound complicated, so they get paid to give advice. If everyone knew how easy it was this industry would vanish overnight.

I've been 6-8% BF many times in my life by eating 2-3 times a day and limiting carbs.

The leanest and healthiest i have ever been was while intermittent fasting, and i'm a big guy.

People believe eating more regularly retains more muscle mass while dieting, i did not experience that. It's literally impossible to lose muscle unless you starve yourself half to death.

Just sharing my opinion.

Chilaquiles with fried eggs, frijoles and avocado. Water.

Coffee with real sugar.

V8 juice.

16oz Ribeye with sweet potato covered in brown sugar/butter, broccoli. Water.

Half a bag of Hot and Spicy peanuts. Pepsi.

Two tilapia fillets, seasoned rice and green beans. Water.

Two bags of popcorn and a couple Carte Blanca beers.

Prime, I don't like the raw onions in big amounts but they give a nice flavour mix in a salad.

go to Publix buys some ground beef or turkey and some Jasmin rice - be a real man and cook your food

you eat like an emotional 23yr old female - your estrodial is high af, killing your igf1 levels which means you'll never be thick

proper nutrition from Taco Bell means not having to wipe the blood from your ass 24 times but only 22

you prob buy the wet wipes from Walmart - if you ate enough protein to be a true alpha male you'd have solid shits , no blood , and would only have to wipe with cheap toilet paper 3-4 times max

Coffee with half n half - 4 mugs
Scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, toast, peanut butter, sour cream
Pork ribs, carrots, egg noodles, Klondike bar

Bacon eggs and fried bread and pint of milk for breakfast

Then was busy didn’t eat all day just drank cans of pop then at tea time had a few bags of crisps then trained legs

After legs 125 grams of cereal with a pint of milk and a pint of orange juice

Beef in black been sauce with crispy noodles and salt and chilli pepper chicken from chinkies

4 slices of heavily buttered toast and pint of milk before bed

It was nothers day went to a buffet after waffle akd sausage brekafast at the house had 3 plates of shrimp bacon saysage and gravy biscuits then went to dinner had softshelk crab then cooked a steak gad an apple with pb and a bowl of chicken soup half a gallon of gatorade a coupel coffees.

Today had a waffle with sauagse then  hardees country fried bis uir with taters and OJ just now having some lunch

6 whole eggs, 4 strips bacon, 1 cup oatmeal

3 chicken thighs w lemon

50 gram protein shake w ice cream

12oz strip steak w peppers n onions   

2 greek yougurt ice cream bar and 2 coors light
