His physique is attainable without the use of steroids, but he's 18 so I doubt he's natural , maybe he's natural who knows .

Looks like a gust of wind would blow him over. I know 99% of the guys who claim natural status are liars and haven't been natural since they were 13, but this guy is no where near the limit of what a natty can look like. I look way better than him for gods sake, and have never taken anything in my entire life, and I know their are guys with much better genetics and drive than I have.
I always thought that Jeff Rodriquez was limit as to what a natty physique can look like.

I know I'm not as lean as this kid, but I'm fairly lean, and weigh 195.
I'm not sure what the original kid weighs, but I'm guessing less than 140 (depending on height). I always thought the natty limit a contest lean 180 for someone under 6'.

In what way? The skinny stick in OP doesn't even lift. No doubt, he just diets & does a few pushups at home. Lightweight is already 1000000% better than OP in current state.

He looks like a very in shape distance runner. Go to any local 5K road race and look at the runners in the front pack. They are all built like him; skinny, ripped and small. I know this is a bodybuilding board but it's not a bad every day look. Very healthy. Perma bulkers look out of shape to me even though they do look like they lift.

If he was in his late twenties, early 30s, I'd have no problem believing he's natural. At 18, I really much doubt it. The first guy brings an interesting question: is natural bodybuilding a healthy way to achieve AIDS looks?
