A full stretch is important even holding the bottom stretch for a couple of seconds.

probably so, but are you saying that i'll get ZERO benefit from doing only half reps?

maybe i won't get full benefit from half reps, but i'll still get something out of them

Yes, If you had good genes for them most anything works, if not to increase very much you need the full range.

did they do the consolidation routine?

it was training just once a week with a workout A and workout B

A was squat/dip
B was chin/dead

IMO he took frequency down WAY TOO LOW, but low volume works quite well for me actually

i basically train 5 days per week but i only do one set til failure on 2 exercises per workout (generally)

genes don't mean shit if you don't train your ass off

some say i'm genetically blessed to be lean, but i call bullshit on that coz i've been a fatass multiple times and i only got ripped and stayed ripped when i trained my fucking ass off and watched my cal intake

same with the superdrol, i was taking more before and now i'm taking less and i'm getting better results

why? because i'm training harder and pushing myself better and getting a bit more rest than i was when i was taking more

I say overall body, lets say you two are in a bodybuilding contest they just dont look at abs. Yea abs are a indication of leaness, but your symmetry and size compared to structure. Calves included. So will you both wear like knee length shorts to the knee so calves are out the question?

and i guess we can throw in who has the best upper bod as i will send a front relaxed and a back double bi, same as last time

and we could also do best abs, best arms, best delts, best chest and best back i suppose (if ma man B agrees)
