They haven't been that good with him, so I don't see why they can't get better without him.

Agreed.  The Giants got better when Shockey left.  Guys like TO bring down the play of the guys around him.  It's the same story in any workplace.  Negativity is contagious.

They had some missed opportunities when Plax left...Him and Manning had good Timing, that other WRs didnt seem to happen

Thats cool.  I'm talking about Shockey though.  Plax is an idiot, but he was not a team killer like TO.
