In the State of California conspiracy to commit a felony is tantamount to actually commiting the felony. Therefore, when Manson was found guilty of conspiracy to commit Murder in the First Degree, he was found guilty of murder. On a side note, guys that brag about what a great guy Charlie is are lacking in self esteem and crave negative attention.

I think it would be kind of cool to hang with the guy for one day alone so he can realize how insignificant he really is...There isn't one thing the guy could tell me that would make me think "wow this guy is scary"...Unless of course he shapeshifted into a reptile then I think I would shit a brick...

I think people really blow the whole Manson thing way out of proportion, he was a hillbilly/hick with a bunch of friends in the 60's tripping on acid/lsd, people make him seem out to be the devil incarnate, lol he probably doesn't even remember what happened the night of those murders. And the guy is locked up for 50 years over it...
