12 mile Tough Mudder today. Success.
I completed all 21 obstacles 19 solo, two with assistance (Could not reach the top of the ten foot wall no matter what)
The hardest part by far, were the 3-4 walks up the Black Diamond ski slopes, followed by a descent on another.
Wind and muscle were fine, but knee joints / IT band were fucking shot after mile 10, so I had to do the last downhill backwards to take the pressure off the knee. Also, got a quad cramp for the first time in my life going up hill - if I stopped, it cramped up like a baseball. So I just kept walking and punching it and when I got to the top, it was gone..
Probably about 5 bruises and 15 cuts/scrape, but it was fucking awesome.
Experience some shit I never have - like how 35 degree ice water can fuck with you brain/muscle connection, etc.
