I have a meet on Memorial day. I'll go 545 on my squat based on where I'm at right now. 395-405 on my bench and will pull 635. I compete raw with no knee wraps as thats an option in my next contest. I use Rehband knee sleeves and a belt plus the required singlet. I've got a bad should er so I may start to compete geared. I pushed 385 for reps with a shirt on Monday without pain and I kinda liked it so we'll see. I'm 39 and weight 222lbs at 5'9 but will compete below 220 which is an option on Memorial day. Ive been competing for years. I can't juice otherwise I'd be on every drug I could shove down...my deadlift is far superior then my squat and usually the inverse is correct but injuries are slowly catching up, hips, knee's ext ext......
